Introducing Project 30by30
A vision to support more women in the sport of cycling
As part of the 15 year anniversary of RBC GranFondo Whistler, we introduce Project 30by30, our vision to see more women to take up and stay in the sport of cycling.
Cycling events typically have significantly lower levels of female participation compared to men. Project 30by30 aims to delve into the reasons for why, bring to light under represented topics, and propose actionable steps that will aim to encourage change.

Q&A
Why since 2023? I've ridden before then too. In 2023 we moved to a new registration platform: Race Roster. Race Roster's technology allows us to run this program in a way that we couldn't sustainably before.
To recognize riders who've ridden in years prior to 2023, we've created the new RBC GranFondo Whistler Ride Club, which you can read more about below.
Is my reward available this year? The first reward tier becomes active for the 2025 event. This means that if you held a valid entry this year in addition to last, your reward will become available when registration opens for the next event year.
If eligible, we will email you with your unique code when registration opens.
Do rewards expire? No - your rewards stay locked in. Just make sure you're logged into the same Race Roster profile.
Coming soon: Ride Club & milestones
Celebrating your achievements
On the soon-to-be-released RBC GranFondo Ride Club Page you'll find a comprehensive record of your past rides.
Download certificates, see your badges and ride club progression and who else is in and around you.
Ride Club milestones
We've also created special milestone Ride Clubs for those who've entered 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 years (starting from 2010).
While completing the event in itself is a huge achievement, we want to recognize the special accomplishments of these landmark finish numbers.
This badge will appear in your Ride Club profile to download and share.
Ride Club launches next month.
